Due to the personalized and medical nature of our services, specific terms apply.

Nature of Services

RBI Clinic provides personalized, physician-led cognitive health programs, consultations, diagnostic reviews, and wellness services. These services are tailored to each individual based on medical history, assessments, and ongoing guidance.

As a result, our services are non-transferable and not physical products.

Refund Policy

Consultations & Appointments

- Fees for completed consultations, assessments, or appointments are non-refundable.

- If you cancel or reschedule an appointment, notice must be provided at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Programs & Packages (3, 6, or 12 Months)

All cognitive health programs and packages are non-refundable once services have begun.

“Services begun” includes (but is not limited to):

- Initial onboarding

- Intake review

- Personalized care planning

- Lab review or recommendations

- Any physician or clinical time already provided

Because programs are customized and physician time is reserved, refunds cannot be issued once delivery has started.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in rare and exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of RBI Clinic. Approval is not guaranteed.

Returns

RBI Clinic does not sell physical products through its website. Therefore, traditional product returns do not apply.

If third-party devices or products are purchased separately through external vendors, their individual return policies will apply.

Cancellations & Pausing Services

- Program cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

- In some cases, RBI Clinic may allow a temporary pause in services rather than cancellation, subject to approval and scheduling availability.

- Unused time or sessions are not eligible for cash refunds.

No Guarantees

RBI Clinic does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Individual responses to care vary. Participation in any program does not constitute a promise of cure, treatment, or prevention of any disease.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact RBI Clinic directly with any billing concerns. Initiating chargebacks without prior communication may result in immediate termination of services.

RBI Clinic reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
